The Carl T. Johnson Hunting and Fishing Center at Mitchell State Park in Cadillac offers a variety of exhibits, experiences, and educational activities. The Center also maintains a 'Lakes' aquarium where  live native fish can be viewed, along with several interpretive exhibits throughout the Center relating to history and heritage of recreational fishing in Michigan. Exhibits include vintage fishing gear such as rods and reels, nets and tackle, and other gear ranging from open water fishing to ice fishing. This Center also seasonally offers Sea Lamprey on display.
