Bob's offers a variety of smoked seafood offerings, including smoked salmon, a peppered smoked, white fish and lake trout. Sometimes white fish and lake trout. The lake trout and white fish are local Great Lakes fish from Lake Michigan, but only seasonally available (may sometimes limited due to time of year).
