Gustaphson's Smoked Fish, Inc. is a family operation that runs their small convenience and party store in the town of Brevort, MI. on the northern shore of Lake Michigan. Their smoked fish products include: chubs, menominee, salmon, lake trout and whitefish. They also make and sell a varieties of smoked jerky.
