The Bay County Historical Museum is managed and run by the non-profit Bay County Historical Society. This Museum, centered on history and heritage specific to Bay County, features the Kantzler Maritime Gallery. This gallery showcases Bay County as the 'Seaport to the World' and showcases local maritime heritage through interactive and educational exhibits. These exhibits highlight the counties important contributions to boat building, marine navigation, marine archeology, among other topics - including a gallery panel and exhibit is dedicated to local fisheries.
