The Besser Museum for Northeast Michigan is an educational institution dedicated to sharing the art, history, and science of Northeast Michigan.Ā Visit the commercial gill net fish tug, Katherine V, which operated in northern Lake Huron in the early 1900s, as well as other artifacts of more recent sport fish past. The Besser Museum is also home to the recently retired DNR Fisheries Research Vessel (R/V) Chinook.
